About HHI
Henderson High Income Trust plc is a United Kingdom-based investment company. The Company's investment objective is to invest in a prudently diversified selection of both well-known and smaller companies to provide investors with a high dividend income stream while also maintaining the prospect of capital growth. In normal circumstances the Company invests up to 80% of its gross assets in equities and up to 20% of its gross assets in fixed income (in companies of any size that are either listed in, registered in, or whose principal business is in the United Kingdom). The Company invests in a range of sectors, including financials, consumer staples, consumer discretionary, utilities, basic materials, health care, industrials, energy, real estate, technology, and telecommunications. The Company's alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) is Janus Henderson Fund Management UK Limited.
