NewRiver REIT Plc is a real estate investment trust, which specializes in buying, managing, developing and recycling convenience-led, community-focused retail and leisure assets throughout the UK. It operates through the segments; Retail Investment, Pub Investment, and Group.The Retail investment segment comprise shopping centres, retail warehouses and high street stores. The Pub investments segment consist of community public houses. The Group segment refers to the group's operations in the UK. Its property portfolio includes shopping centre, high street, and retail warehouse. The company was founded by David Lockhart and Allan Lockhart in September, 2009 and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
