About BGEO

Bank of Georgia Group Plc is a holding company, which engages in the provision of banking and wealth management services. It operates through the following business segments: Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and JSC Belarusky Narodny Bank (BNB). The Retail Banking segment provides consumer loans, mortgage loans, overdrafts, credit cards and other credit facilities, funds transfer, and settlement services. The Corporate and Investment Banking segment comprises loans and other credit facilities, funds transfers and settlement services, trade finance services, documentary operations support and handles saving and term deposits for corporate and institutional customers. BNB segment includes JSC BNB, offers retail and corporate banking services to clients in Belarus. The company was founded on August 15, 2017 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
