The OEM segment includes the Automotive and Aviation business units which generate largely license based revenue. The Aftermarket segment consists of the Fleet and Off-Road business units, which generate revenue from customers who retro-fit Seeing Machines technology into commercial vehicles. The company was founded by Timothy Edwards, Sebastien Rougeaux, Alexander Zelinsky, and Jochen Heinzmann on July 24, 2000 and is headquartered in Fyshwick, Australia.
