Finsbury Food Group Plc engages in the production of cake, bread, and morning goods for the retail and foodservice channels. It operates through the UK Bakery and Overseas segment. The UK Bakery segment manufactures and sells bakery products to the UK's multiple grocers and foodservice sectors. The Overseas segment covers primarily Europe, principally France and Ireland, with a smaller presence in the Benelux countries and some of eastern Europe. The company was founded on March 9, 1925 and is headquartered in Cardiff, the United Kingdom.
