Dan Appleby, CFA

Dan Appleby is a financial professional and a CFA charterholder, working across asset classes on a global scale, with a particular focus on equities. He was a previous investment manager for AIM-listed discretionary portfolios. Dan started his career as an engineer working at Intel after first completing a PhD. But he discovered the world of finance and investing by reading The Motley Fool which inspired him to change careers. Dan is a passionate investor himself and manages a portfolio of global stocks with a mix of growth and income styles. He now wants to inspire others to begin their own investing journeys.
