Money Talk Podcast - Competition Rules

ENTRY:
  1. Entrants must email their answer along with their name and address to moneytalk@fool.co.uk.
  2. All entries must be received no later than the date specified in the podcast.
  3. Only one entry per email address.
  4. Only one entry per person.
ELIGIBILITY:
  1. This competition is open only to UK residents over the age of 16.
  2. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of The Motley Fool and their families.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
  1. All correct entries will be entered into a draw. The first entry drawn from all correct answers will be the prizewinner.
  2. If there are no correct entries, the person or persons with the closest correct entry will be entered into a draw and the first entry drawn will be the prizewinner.
  3. The Motley Fool’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The Motley Fool will announce the prizewinner in a subsequent podcast as well as publish the prizewinner’s name on its website. By entering this competition, entrants consent to such disclosure should they be the prizewinner.
PRIZES:
  1. The winner will receive a copy of the book featured in the podcast.
  2. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
  3. The Motley Fool reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
ENTRANT CONDUCT:
  1. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
  2. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize.
  3. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
COMPETITION INFORMATION:
  1. The Motley Fool is promoting this competition.
  2. The Motley Fool reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
