About EAT

European Assets Trust PLC is a UK-based closed-end investment company. The company principal objective is to achieve long-term growth of capital through investment in quoted small and medium sized companies in Europe, excluding the United Kingdom. A high distribution policy has been adopted with dividends paid out of current year revenue profits and the Distributable Reserve. It mainly invests in companies whose market capitalization is below that of the largest companies in the Euromoney Smaller European Companies Index. It maintains a diversified portfolio of investments across all sectors including financials, industrials, consumer goods, consumer services, healthcare, technology, and basic materials.
