Lonmin (LSE:LMI)
Lonmin is a miner of Platinum Group Metals and gold. It is currently the worlds third largest primary platinum producer and the largest PGM producer. Its four mines are located in South Africa. More than 100 years old, Lonmin was demerged from its African assets in 1998 and has since divested a number of other assets including hotels and an insurance arm.
