Seeing that the UK is just behind Spain and Ireland in CRE loans as a percentage of GDP it makes one wonder what is going on in UK.
The government is unable to guarantee supplies of water to the populace yet building of both houses and commercial property continues unabated.
Time for all building in the South to come to a halt until the government has sorted out the water problem. Stop it now!
