There is plenty of smoke and fire here. Would be interesting to see who takes up cudgels against the Directors.
Just because the profit warning was not a scheduled statement does not mean that the Directirs haven't taken undue advantage of inside knowledge here, or broken the 'rules'.
Bring on the lynch mob or change the rules.
