I am suprised at you doing an article on the Fool as supportive of spread betting as this one comes across.
Despite your comments on the "perils" of spread betting, the overall impression one gets is that "its a quick way to make a fortune", which we both know is not the case.
It is unfortunate that you allowed Robbie to comment on the money he has made spread betting, as for the more inexperienced amongst us, it is a SURE way to fire up their appetite.
I am no supporter of the "nanny state" but I would not be at all suprised if you get complaints from people who have lost money as a result of spread betting undertaken directly from this article!!!
