Can we have a transcript of this? It sounded really interesting as it whirred at the speed of sound just above my (technology-literate) head. It's all clear and consistent no doubt, but if Eric could just be persuaded to speak slower by a factor of about 1000, it would also help... sorry for being so dull, there is no fool like a slow fool, but I suspect there are many more of them in the UK.
