I'm afraid this video is pretty incomprehensible soundwise.
Any chance of a transcript?

Hi goodlifer, sorry to hear that. However, we've tested it from a number of different computers and devices, and aren't experiencing any problems with the sound our end...

If any other readers are experiencing difficulties, please let us know so we don't chalk it up to an isolated incident. Thanks!

Can't view the video as blocked at work, so would appreciate transcript to read at lunchtime. Morningstar do transcripts of their videos so would see this as a worthwhile value add to the TMF service.

The video is 3.5 minutes long (plus having to endure the advert at the start) and says something that would have taken no more than a minute to read. Why video? You can't skim video to see if it's going to say something you want/need to know, whereas you can skim text - in this case about 5 seconds of skimming would have told me that I don't need to read it because it's something that's already been talked about a lot, involving companies that have been talked about a lot, and issues that I've already considered. It's just a waste of people's time and bandwidth. I want my 3 minutes 25 seconds back!
