Here's a guide to the Fool's sector discussion boards.
As well as boards for over a 1,000 UK-listed companies, the Fool also has a number of sector boards. On these you can discuss issues relevant to an industry as a whole or shares that don't have their own dedicated company discussion board.
Some of these sector boards, such as those for oil and mining companies, are among the most popular on the Fool site. Other sector boards have been far less popular, so we're trying to give them some encouragement with this guide.

The groupings are mostly based on the supersectors as laid out in standard industry classifications used by FTSE. Some of these classifications are more intuitive than others though. For example, housebuilders can be found with 'Household, leisure and personal goods' rather than in 'Construction'.
The first link takes you to the sector discussion board while the second lists the companies in that sector along with their current share price and links to further information (such as their own discussion board, if they have one).
We also added in a list of quotes for the FTSE 100 and for popular shares among the posters here on the Fool. All the quote lists are sortable, so you can click on the '% change' column to see the day's biggest movers.
