That's because, although you registered on 12 July 1999, you didn't actually make your debut post until 29 October.

A technical problem with the original query* meant that quite a few people were accidentally omitted. I've now corrected the problem and republished the full list. Apologies to all those who were left out the first time round.

* okay, a problem with my understanding of the database schema. The apparently obviously named 'TotalMessages' field didn't actually mean what I thought it did :-)

The problem was that because you posted at 21:42, you hadn't actually posted 10 years ago when I ran the query at 13:56 - so you missed the 'cut' by just under 8 hours!

Oh my! do I really rant that much?
It's 10 years since I left the world of 'work' to pursue my dreams, and so far it's been pretty good.
Fool is an excellent platform for investors and traders and I hope a few have been saved from ruin by not only my words, but the input of the many well meaning Fools.
I may often be at variance with Fool members, but it has kept me sane at times.
Hope the next 10 years are seriously fruitful for us all- and here's my prediction for that time - FTSE100 to be 8740

Thanks to all at the Fool for ten years of advice and opinion - my 10th anniversary was yesterday.

From eternally being 3 months salary in debt, I cleared the lot, built a hefty diverse portfolio (even after the last few months) and virtually paid off the house a decade in advance. I doubt I'd have taken even the first steps if I hadn't stumbled across the book and later the site.
