Jonathan Phelan, Head of the FSA's Enforcement Division, tells David Kuo who the prime targets are, what people can do to protect themselves and what they should do if they have been a victim. I would be happy to learn more about mentioned recourse in attempting to recoup funds lost to these boiler room fraudsters... Any direct action steps to take after a fruitless FSA report?
