Time Warner, Inc. (NYSE:TWX)

Book value is less than 1, and this is a possible split up/spin off situation that should create more favorable valuation. At the least, the stock is dirt cheap and I just don't see it getting much lower.

Time Warner and Apple will lead the next generation of Video On-Demand markets.

Once it dumps AOL, it should be good to go.

Gut feeling

Gut feeling! Yes that's right...gut feeling!

Stock is too low, and is a prime buyout opportunity.

Technicals look good. Undervalued at the moment. Recession resistant, diverse, good value, blah, blah...

With the resignation of Parsons and the new CEO taking the helm, I believe a great deal of the unlocked value in this company may suddenly appear. For starters, the new CEO may be willing to spin off or sell some of its weaker units, such as AOL. The stock has seen less than stellar performance, despite the Company maintaining profitability and having several large names in its fold. This stock will begin moving upward soon.

The fiscal tide is changing for this communications giant. With the advent of Digital Phone and now commercial phone

TWX positions themselves in an enviable position of many less organized media/

communication public offerings. The market share of homes passed in key states like Texas, Ohio, California and the Carolina's

grows. The yet unrealized marketing of sister products in text, cinema and home video

will soon come to the front. It's an eventful changing of the guard with an old school anti AOL merger exec. as the new CEO.

Sector positions of comparable Cable companies alone should equate into a 40 to 50% move in TWX in the next 18-24 months.

It will outperform the market sometime.... it has a lot of good things coming ahead for it.

TWX hasn't yet recovered from the AOL fiasco. Its CATV service is a disaster that will require a lot of cash to fix.

They'll have to spin off AOL. Done right that will be share price enhancing...and the rest of the business is more stable and productive.

Now we all know that we enjoy this companies handy work,and it has survived when others have plunked,and pops says it will do so again,and besides as most others in my short list I have made boo goo's off of it in the past and will do so again.

Strong outlook for the next year. Very diversified products and great movie deals. Harry Potter still brings home the bacon.

long term future very bright, super long term plans underway

Catching this one on a dip. P/E 12, plus a price dip (given my current cable bill) I don't think I'll miss on this one.

I've liked this stock and owned a couple of shares, now who can complain about a company that is repurchasing 5 billion dollars in shares?
