Closed and re-opened to more accurately reflect my actual start price for a longer term hold.
Bought on the market dip and now have all I want.
Will watch to see how thing play out with the "control battle", to see if they bit off more than they could chew.
Hopefully, whoever ends up running it knows what they are doing.
They have the assets to make money, just hope they have the "know how".
JMO and worth exactly what I am charging for it.

This is a shakey stock. Management within this company has been mediocre at best. This company has been trying to run before it can walk in certain areas. However, with a change within management that, based on research, is almost immenent, the company is poised to be a long term winner. That's why I've chosen outperform here over a two to four year time period.
