John Menzies,

A firm with two distinct business operations. On one side, an air cargo business blowing it out of the water with increasing revenues and profits year on year. On the other side, it has a newspaper distribution company that is getting hit by the inevitability of online distribution of content.

However, with a strong management team and a proven streak of entrepreneurship to pivot the business as it has a couple of times over the last decade it should continue to improve and provide good shareholder returns through a multitude of different operations.
