CTFO is a company that is rubbing shoulders with the Chinese brass and government. It is poised in an excellent position with a wink and a nod from China's elite, yet continues to underperform despite changes in management. I don't have a high opinion of future performance based on what they have been doing.
Recs
Outstanding 3rd quarter with incredibly strong outlook for future with latest government contract.

Look at the fundamentals compared to the industry!!! AND the forward P/E is so tiny
Recs
As foreign corporations continue to enter the Chinese market, CTFO will experience an increase in business and demand for the firm's services.

Great earnings growth. Fantastic long-term growth story. China's traffic problem is not going away and CTFO is positioned well to benefit.

Lots of potential, but this one could go either way. Great market, and great potetial, but it is too early to tell if they can execute. I have some of my specalutive money on this stock, so I am betting they will.

Garmin of China IMHO. That is why I had this added to the ratable stocks. They have partnered with Oracle too.
They basically manufacture GPS products in China, creating usable maps and derivatives thereof.
