From iPods to iPhones to MacBooks, Apple uses its “think different” approach to reframe computing, communication, and more.

New products in the fall. Apple is notorious for raising in value the later part of the year.

Apple has reached the point of time where innovation is on hold and without innovation they lose their crowd.

AAPL aapl-lutely makes sense to keep forever.
In my town, at the current price area, a rental house will bring in 750 tops.
An AAPL house, 100 shares, selling one contract covered call, can bring in $1,200-$1,800/month.
Which would you rather have?

Apple still has a heart for innovation. With likely offering of connected TV, updated operating systems and a more open structure within the design and engineering departments this company is set to surge again

My first purchase following a modified Magic Formula Investing strategy:
1. Make one purchase based on an MFI screen every even-numbered month.
2. Purchase a pre-set dollar value (give or take)
3. Download list from MFI website
4. Criteria:
a. Greenblatt screen (30 stocks)
b. Market cap $4 bn - $50 bn
5. Remove companies I don't want to buy.
c. Excess harm to people or planet
d. Purchased within past 12 months
e. P/E 8 or Lower
f. Too risky, e.g., computer hardware
6. Randomize the list
7. Place market order for the first company on the randomized list
8. (Sell criteria):
a. I desire to sell it plus
b. One of the following
i. Owned a minimum of 3 years or
ii. Doubled since purchase price and P/E 20 or more
Disclaimer: I realize I've messed with the strategy quite a bit by excluding companies I don't want to buy, and this messes with the expected returns. So be it.
Oops. I also see I've exceeded my $50 bn. market cap. Oh well, nobody's perfect; I've already pushed the "buy" button.

Why will Apple succeed? Yes. Why? Simple. It works.
Back when, working in NYC, I was a raging Apple fan - in fact I still am. EVERYONE around me, IBM...IBM...IBM "Apple will be broke in months, if not weeks... Why are you stocking 3.5" drives - just because Apple came out with with 3.5 them? No one will use it. IBM is it...."
Really? Who is laughing now.

I've been a big skeptic of AAPL stock even as a dedicated customer but it's clear that they're undervalued with a P/E hovering around 10. There is so much opportunity for them to innovate, especially with the pile of cash they have.
Many doubt Apple because it feels like they haven't released a "new" product in quite some time but we have to remember that it's only been 3 years since the iPad launched and then 3 years before that, that the iPhone launched.
2007 - iPhone (1st Gen)
2010 - iPad (1st Gen)
2013 - ???
I think the APPL roller-coaster is definitely worth riding for the next 5 years. It will trend up.

Still oversold with negative-sentiment originating from fear-mongering shorts. The fact is, Apple have built an eco-system that provides an unparalleled user-experience for non-technical and technical users alike, and also enables lock-in.
Apple own the 1st, 2nd and 3rd screens in cases where you want them all to work together with 0-configuration. A recipe for long-term sustained growth.

when the Iwatch or any apple product is unveiled it is positive for the stock. apple has a strong customer base and a boatload of cash. Apple has enough cash to design or build almost whatever they want. If apple decides to do a stock split it should be positive for the stock. with the world becoming more and more reliable on technology and the smartphone. This is my personal opinion on this stock. I could be wrong, but I think that apple has a high probability of outperforming the market.

Revolutionary products and the cash flow to pursue dreams. Apple has revolutionized consumer music (ipod, itunes), telephone (Iphone) and computing (Ipad) for millions of people, by making reliable, easy to use products that are PLEASANT and FUN to use. Product development runs in cycles, and although many are emulating Apple (i.e. Samsung), innovation lags. Apple will unveil new products (i.e. Apple TV, Iwatch, or whatever's next) which integrates existing and imnproved platforms to leapfrog ahead of the competition in opening up new markets for our mobile lifestyle.

could be considered a bargain at this point, conservative estime around $600
