I think you need to reconsider your definition of "Moat"...or to quote Inigo Montoya "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means". Sure conceptually, anyone can send DVDs by mail or stream movies to your PC, TV, iphone, ipad, etc., but that isn't what gives Netflix it's moat. The Netflix moat comes from being first mover, constant innovator, THE brand name that everyone recognizes, that every video component and electronic device wants, no, NEEDS to have printed on the outside of their box. Netflix has plenty of "Moat".
