Graham formula gives me a fair value from $21 (using current EPS of $2.75 and book value of $7.28) or a more conservative $11.45 (using 2006 EPS of $0.80 but current book value of $7.28). This is a margin of safety that's between 20% and 55%.

And the company is paying a nice 6% dividend while I wait for the markets to recover from the current slump.
